1 bunch kale – about 4 – 5 C bite size pieces
1/2 red pepper
1/2 C cashew nuts
2 T water
1 T olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 T brewers yeast
Place kale in a bowl.
Blend remaining ingredients until smooth.
Stir mix into kale and place in single layer in dehydrator.
Dehydrate until crisp.
